Some individuals find it easy to frown, look sour, and become noticeably silenced when situations get difficult or when times become more challenging than usual.
It is during those very times we need to muster up a boatload of courage to smile and maintain a positive and empowering voice.
Especially since there are probably many people depending on us to demonstrate for them that contagious smiling is a possibility despite how tough things may get or appear to have gotten.
In addition, ample research was conducted and articles written about a linkage between the benefits of smiling and good health, strong relationships, and overall feelings of self-worth and self-capacity.
Those life benefits alone should be able to encourage and persuade us to keep on smiling our way through those difficult, yet sometimes inevitable circumstances.
If we want to really “live on the edge,” why not take our smiles a step further and make sure that each day we laugh out loud about something funny until our stomachs hurt.
